Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with the services provided by Aphoura. If for any reason you're not happy, we will do our best to resolve any issues you have or provide a refund with no questions asked within 30 days of project completion.
Please note that all one-off purchases require a 10% non-refundable deposit and a 20% refundable deposit at the time of booking. These deposits allow us to allocate resources and block out time in our schedule specifically for your project.
1. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@aphoura.com with a clear statement of your request. Once received, we will review and process your refund promptly.
2. Refund Terms
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the project’s completion.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
No processing fees will be applied.
As we do not deliver physical goods, returns are not required.
The 10% non-refundable deposit will not be returned under any circumstances, as it covers the advance allocation of time and resources.
The 20% refundable deposit may be returned if the request is made within the 30-day window and no substantial work has been completed.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted if:
The request is submitted after the 30-day window.
Substantial work has been completed and explicitly approved in writing.
The request pertains to the 10% non-refundable deposit.
